WELCOME! If you have ever spent any time in a small town, you know there is always a special place where you can truly relax and find a great meal and genuine hospitality. You can feel the friendly "hometown" atmosphere when you come in the front door. In the "Capital of the Hunt Country of Virginia," this special place is The Coach Stop Restaurant in down town Middleburg on Route 50. When you enter the front door you'll find comfortable booths, tables and a counter where locals and visitors alike share the news of the day. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable. It is not uncommon to see someone at The Coach Stop that you saw that morning in the newspaper, on TV or even in the movies. Everyone is drawn for the great food and true Southern Hospitality

BREAKFAST MENU
Your mother and other nutrition experts have said for years that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. In addition to a great breakfast, you'll get a full serving of the latest news from the area and the country. Start with fresh brewed coffee and real fresh squeezed orange juice. You'll find all your favorites, but let us make a few recommendations. For decades, the B&A Grocery was an institution in Middleburg. Their quality meats, carved and trimmed by hand, were legendary. Their sausage was in a class by itself. After a half century of service, the B&A has closed...but we have their sausage recipe! You'll thank the Edwards family for the recipe every time you have breakfast, especially when you add grits, hash browns or any of our other breakfast specialties.
LUNCH MENU
It is not uncommon for a customer to come in The Coach Stop in late morning and ask, " can we get onion rings yet?" Yes, they are that good! Homemade, dipped by hand, and cooked to a golden brown. Perfect with ketchup and some people will argue that Ranch Dressing is better! You decide. We'll even
understand if you just want onion rings for lunch and nothing else. You'll find plenty of other tempting items on the menu everyday and terrific daily specials. We have a wide variety of salads, and sandwiches (we specialize in real hamburgers, extra napkins provided). Remember when you used to go to a restaurant and get a milkshake. They would use real ice cream, milk, and syrups and place it all in a metal mixing cup and place it in the milkshake mixer. That's how we still do it and we'll even give you the mixing cup so you can enjoy the seconds. Still have room? We have plenty of pies and cakes to give you a sweet finish.
DINNER MENU
At dinner, you'll be faced with plenty of tough decisions on what to order. Here's a suggestion, start with an order of onion rings (yes, they are mandatory!), while you decide on fresh crab cakes, prime rib, roast turkey with stuffing, tender liver smothered with bacon and onions, a Delmonico steak that begs to be topped with fried mushrooms and onions and much, much more. We pride ourselves on using on only the freshest ingredients. We've developed a loyal following for our specials. Our soft-shell crabs bring people for miles around. When the best silver queen corn is ripe for picking, we get it and then grill it. You'll love it! In addition to our regular menu, we always have a number of specials that will make you pause before making up your mind. Whatever you get, you are sure to enjoy a relaxed meal with great food. Be sure to save room for dessert! A large variety of homemade pies and cakes. If you really want to splurge, ask for the Hunter's Pudding. It's like a bread pudding...only better.

YOUR HOSTS - MIKE & MARK TATE were in high school when they started working at The Coach Stop as bus boys. You could say they grew up there, learning the "front of the house, the back of the house," and everything in between. After coming back from college, they went back to work and became the owners . That's part of the charm of a small town. You always get the best service when you deal with one of the owners. You'll usually always find Mike or Mark on the scene. In fact, they can still handle the kitchen when they have to!
